1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and x4444 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "x4444"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting information platform accessible at x4444.cam.

3. Account Eligibility

To register an Account on x4444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or employee of any third party.

5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of x4444, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

x4444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification, proof of address dated within the last three months, and payment method verification documents. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, using different email addresses or via any other method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading or outdated information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available and recommended;
• Notify x4444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.

x4444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations, provided that x4444's own systems have not been compromised through its negligence.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the operator's live cashier terms, which may be updated periodically. x4444 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for informational context only. These references do not constitute any representation that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must verify the current availability and applicable policies of any payment method directly through the Platform's live cashier before initiating a transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: As published in the live cashier at the time of transaction (indicative: PKR 500 subject to operator's current terms).
• Minimum Withdrawal: As published in the live cashier at the time of request (indicative: PKR 1,000 subject to operator's current terms).
• KYC Requirement: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified to the satisfaction of x4444's compliance team.
• Currency: PKR is the reference currency. Exchange-rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at the rate available at the time of processing.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. x4444 will endeavour to process requests promptly but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Source of Funds: x4444 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into an Account as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

x4444 offers a range of promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP-tier rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility conditions are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Each Player may claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Game contributions towards Wagering Requirements vary by game category. Slots generally contribute 100%; table games, live casino and other categories may contribute at lower rates as published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire at the end of the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically.
• x4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus terms — including, without limitation, through collusion, use of automated software or the opening of multiple Accounts — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports-betting rules applicable to the relevant product. General principles include:

• Once confirmed, bets are binding. x4444 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market and per Player, as displayed within each product interface.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or network interruption that prevents a game or bet from completing normally, x4444 will apply its published technical-fault resolution policy to determine the outcome. Where no outcome can be determined fairly, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds, lines and prices displayed are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds locked in at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply.
• For live in-play markets — including cricket match events such as PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals — results are determined by the official data feed. x4444 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket team.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Account Balance following settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds currently active in the Account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x4444 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering or attempting to register an Account if you are under the minimum age requirement or are located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Opening more than one Account, whether personally or on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent wagering activity;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained via a known system error are void;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other users;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or anonymising service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the operation of the Platform or its underlying systems.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the x4444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game content, interface design and data compilations — is the property of x4444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of x4444;
• Use any content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform software;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on Platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill — arising from your access to or use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute or any other legal theory, and whether or not x4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, x4444 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors or security vulnerabilities;
• Any outcome on the Platform (game result, sporting event result) will meet your expectations;
• The information provided on the Platform constitutes legal, financial or professional advice of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits x4444's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence, as stated in the Platform's licensing disclosures. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Before commencing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact x4444's support team in writing at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for x4444 to investigate and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12. Amendments to These Terms

x4444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable advance notice will be provided via the Platform — either through an in-platform notification, a banner on the relevant page, or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

13. Responsible Gambling
